This was a fun piece to make. I like the whimsy of this one! It reminds me of the trees waking up in the early spring and just starting to bud into leaves.
This art piece is 14 1/4 in. x 5 1/2 in. and is very lightweight being made on a piece of pine wood. There is a little surprise on the back of this piece as I had a few moments of indecision! There is another piece of art on the back! I just loved the natural knot in the wood and the placing for this piece. It's simple. I like simple.
